Shipping Information
Welcome to our Shipping Information section, where we provide comprehensive details to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our footwear export business. We aim to offer clarity on shipping terms, container specifications, and logistics to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our services.
Incoterms: FOB and CIF
We operate under two primary Incoterms: FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
FOB (Free on Board)
Meaning: With FOB, we handle all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to the port of shipment. Once the goods are on board the vessel, the responsibility shifts to you, the buyer.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping cost, insurance, and any risks once the goods are loaded onto the vessel. This term is ideal if you prefer to manage the freight and insurance arrangements yourself.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
Meaning: Under CIF, we manage the cost of goods, shipping, and insurance until the goods reach the port of destination.
Customer Responsibility: You assume responsibility for the goods once they arrive at the destination port. This term provides peace of mind as we handle the freight and insurance on your behalf.
